Uriah Edmunds is a dynamic business leader, arts advocate, and civic contributor with deep roots in Gresham, Oregon.
As owner and president of Boccelli’s Ristorante, a beloved family run Italian restaurant in downtown Gresham, Uriah has helped shape the city’s cultural and culinary scene through a mix of tradition, innovation, and community-centered hospitality.
Uriah also brings extensive experience from the technology and strategic account management sector, with a professional background in data analytics, customer engagement, and operational leadership. He applies these skills across both business and nonprofit spaces to drive meaningful, measurable impact.
In addition to his role with the Gresham Center for the Arts Foundation, Uriah serves as Chair of the Gresham Community Development and Housing Subcommittee, where he supports local housing initiatives and community planning. He is also a producer of the Big Sky Comedy Festival—one of the premier stand-up comedy festivals in the country—which showcases emerging comedic talent and promotes arts engagement on a national scale.
Outside of work, Uriah is a dedicated parent, youth soccer coach, and community volunteer. He is passionate about fostering inclusive spaces for creativity, dialogue, and growth, and is proud to contribute to Gresham’s vibrant cultural future.
