Service Description

$350 for 4 hours and $50/hour for additional hours. Time starts when we unlock for set up and ends when cleaned up and ready to go. $500 refundable deposit will be returned if you leave space clean and leave on time


Cancellation Policy

Center for the Arts Foundation – Facility Use Guidelines Applies to All Rental Spaces (Little Theatre & Conference Room) The following guidelines apply to all events and rentals at Center for the Arts Foundation (CFTAF) facilities. These rules are designed to help protect the space, ensure a positive experience for all renters, and maintain the integrity of our historic building. A signed rental agreement is required for all rentals and will contain additional legally binding terms. General Usage Rental time includes set-up and clean-up. Your contracted hours begin when the space is unlocked and end when it is cleaned and ready to close. Stay within your reserved time. Overtime fees will apply for any use beyond the contracted end time. Supervision is required for all children under 18. Only rented areas may be used during your event unless otherwise approved in writing. Care of the Space Leave the space as you found it. Return furnishings and equipment to their original positions. All trash must be removed to designated receptacles outside the facility. No nails, tacks, tape, or adhesives on walls, floors, or fixtures without prior approval. Report any damage immediately to CFTAF staff. The renter is financially responsible for damage caused during the rental. Prohibited Activities Smoking or vaping inside the building. Use of open flames, glitter, confetti, or other items that may cause damage or excessive cleanup. Illegal activity or violation of local ordinances. Blocking fire exits or tampering with safety equipment. Food, Beverage & Alcohol Food and beverage service must be pre-approved. Alcohol service requires prior written approval and compliance with all OLCC and local regulations. Renters are responsible for any required permits or licenses. Noise & Conduct Keep noise levels within limits set by local ordinances. All guests must conduct themselves respectfully toward the facility, staff, and neighboring properties. CFTAF reserves the right to end events immediately, without refund, if safety is compromised or policies are violated. Key Reminders Deposit: All rentals require a refundable deposit (see your rental agreement for details). Full payment: Due no later than the date specified in your rental contract. Cancellation: Subject to the terms outlined in your signed rental agreement. By reserving a CFTAF facility, you agree to follow these guidelines in full.
